At Danora, your sleep matters to us. We design our products to help you rest comfortably and wake up feeling steady and dry. If something isn’t right whether it’s the fit, the feel, or the fabric we’re here to make it right.
All products can be returned within 100 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or are returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.
Return Registration & Inspection
To begin a return, send us a message at info@danorasleep.com.
When submitting your request, you must provide a clear reason for the return. In some cases, we may request supporting information to better understand the issue.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
Return Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. Incomplete or altered items may be refused.
Customs delays or import-related issues are outside of our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for return.
If your order was purchased as part of a bundle, the full bundle must be returned. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements. Once the return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued via email so you can place a new order.
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
Refused Returns
Danora reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy. This includes items that are used, damaged, incomplete, returned outside the allowed return window, or shipped to an unauthorized address.
If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense.
